The data we receive
When you contact us via WhatsApp, by phone or by e-mail, we receive your name, your contact details and the content of your messages, as well as any information you choose to share with us to organise your flight (for example your weight, your particular needs or health information relevant to your safety).
Why we use it
Only to reply to you and to organise and carry out your flight. Health information is treated with particular confidentiality, and only as far as necessary for your safety.
Who we share it with
Your information is only passed on to the pilot who flies with you (2ForFly – Mathieu Soulier or Les Artisans du vent – Maël Porret). We do not sell it or use it for advertising. WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy rules; if you prefer, you can e-mail or call us.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no audience measurement and no advertising. Our hosting provider, Kreativmedia, keeps technical logs (IP address, date and time, page visited) to keep the website secure and running properly. Links to Google Maps, Instagram or WhatsApp take you to external services with their own rules.
How long we keep it
We keep your data until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to info@sky4all.ch. You can also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
